The Second Beijing Sino-Euro Urban Development Seminar
(Application and Development of Intelligent Transportation System)
The Second Beijing Sino-Euro Urban Development Seminar, sponsored
by Beijing Association for Science and Technology, was convened in
Beijing Science and Technology Activity Center on Oct.13th and 14th,
2004. Intelligent Transportation System is one of the effective measures
to solve the problems caused by traffic jam in metropolis. Around 120
persons including foreign experts from 6 European countries and dozens
of domestic experts took part in the Seminar. With their respective
research fields as the bases, participants from home and abroad had deep
discussion on the relevant issues.
