President Lu Holds Talks with Dutch Minister of Science

    


     CAS President Lu Yongxiang, who is also vice chairman of the Standing 
Committee of the National People's Congress, met with Mrs. Maria van der 
Hoeven, the Netherlands' Minister of Education, Culture and Science in May
