Ms. Mary Sue Coleman, President of the University of Michigan, visited 
Tsinghua on June 20.  Tsinghua President Gu Binglin talked with Coleman.
A Memorandum of Understanding between University of Michigan and Tsinghua 
University as well as an Agreement for Educational Cooperation between 
Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University and School of Art and 
Design, University of Michigan, were signed after the talk. 
    President Coleman also gave a presentation titled Michigan Difference.
