President Lu Yongxiang meets with Dr. Arthur Ruf 
    CAS President Lu Yongxiang held talks with Dr. Arthur Ruf, vice 
president of Swiss Academy of Engineering Science, and his wife on 
Sept. 29 in Beijing. Mr. and Mrs Ruf came to Beijing to attend the 
7th World Congress on Recovery, Recycling, and Re-integration.
